Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Same Day Shipping Available - if you place an order before 1pm, your items will be shipped the same day! 

Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day. When your items have been shipped you will receive an email notification including a tracking number.

Our delivery partner is Australia Post and we advise you select our express postage option for the quickest delivery. 

Returns:

To be eligible for a refund your mask must be unused, unopened and be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on orders that have been used or opened due to obvious hygiene reasons.

Unused masks can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any item not in its original packaging, or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

If you have a defective or damaged mask due to our error, then we will happily exchange it for a new one. 

By purchasing, you agree to our returns policy. 

To Organise a Refund or an Exchange:

  1. Email your Full Name and Order number to support@australianfacemasks.com.au
  2. For exchanges please include details of the exchange reason in your email.
  3. Ship your return to 71 Hudson Court, Keysborough VIC 3173.
  4. You will be notified via email when we receive your items.

Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method used.

Please note, after refunds have been issued on our end, they can still take up to 5 business days to hit your account.
